§ 271. Salaries; expenses. The chairman and the other members of the\nauthority shall receive a salary to be fixed by the governor within the\namounts appropriated therefor. Each member of the authority shall also\nbe entitled to his expenses actually and necessarily incurred by him in\nthe performance of his duties.\n
