Chair of the independent review board

§ 523-m. Chair of the independent review board. The commissioner shall\nappoint one of the members of the independent review board to serve as\nits chair. The member so appointed shall serve as chair for a term of\nthree years. The chair of the board shall:\n 1. be responsible for coordinating the activities of the board, with\nthe assistance of the director;\n 2. preside at meetings of the board;\n 3. establish agenda items for board meetings; and\n 4. make recommendations to the commissioner for the removal of\ninactive board members.\n
