§ 608. Fees. The department shall, by regulation, establish reasonable\nfees for obtaining certification, obtaining warranty and installation\nseals and for instructional services, training and continuing education\npursuant to this article. Such fees shall be paid and deposited into a\nsegregated account established within the department which shall be used\nexclusively to defray the administrative expenses associated with\ncarrying out the provisions of this article.\n
