Manufactured homes as single-family dwellings in residential districts

§ 616. Manufactured homes as single-family dwellings in residential\ndistricts. A manufactured home that is affixed to a permanent foundation\nand conforms with the identical development specification and standards,\nincluding general aesthetic and architectural standards, applicable to\nconventional, site-built single-family dwellings in the residential\ndistrict in which the manufactured home is to be sited, shall be deemed\nto be a conforming single family dwelling for purposes of the applicable\nlocal zoning law or ordinance.\n
