Out-of-wedlock children; paternity
Official statutory text
§ 1084. Out-of-wedlock children; paternity. No visitation right shall\nbe enforceable under this part concerning any person claiming to be a\nparent of an out-of-wedlock child without an adjudication of the\npaternity of such person by a court of competent jurisdiction, or\nwithout an acknowledgement of the paternity of such person executed\npursuant to applicable provisions of law.\n
