§ 581-303. Parentage of child of assisted reproduction. (a) An\nindividual who provides gametes for, or who consents to, assisted\nreproduction with the intent to be a parent of the child with the\nconsent of the gestating parent as provided in section 581-304 of this\npart, is a parent of the resulting child for all legal purposes.\n (b) The court shall issue a judgment of parentage pursuant to this\narticle upon application by any person authorized to file a petition\npursuant to subdivision (c) of section 581-201 of this article.\n
