After five years if unclaimed to be paid to county treasurer

§ 287. After five years if unclaimed to be paid to county treasurer.\nIn case such balance shall not be claimed by the rightful owner within\nfive years after the sale as above specified, then it shall be paid to\nthe county treasurer, for the use of the county poor of said county.\n
