§ 404-b. Nail specialty; owner responsibilities. In addition to any\nrules and regulations establishing standards for practices and\noperations by licensees under this article, in order to ensure the\nhealth, safety and welfare within appearance enhancement businesses, all\nowners and operators of appearance enhancement businesses which practice\nnail specialty shall make available for use, gloves and facemasks for\nnail speciality licensees and trainees who work in such businesses.\n
