Official statutory text
* § 912. Tioga county industrial development agency. For the benefit\nof the county of Tioga and the inhabitants thereof, an industrial\ndevelopment agency, to be known as the TIOGA COUNTY INDUSTRIAL\nDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any\nor all of the purposes specified in title one of article eighteen-A of\nthis chapter or for the promotion and development of recreational\nfacilities in the county of Tioga in order to promote and protect the\nhealth of the inhabitants and to increase trade and attract tourists.\nIt shall constitute a body corporate and politic, and be perpetual in\nduration. It shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred\nby title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter upon industrial\ndevelopment agencies. Projects shall mean and include recreational\nfacilities. It shall be organized in a manner prescribed by and be\nsubject to the provisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this\nchapter. Its members shall be appointed by the governing body of the\ncounty of Tioga. The agency, its members, officers and employees and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter.\n * NB Agency expires per §§ 856 and 882\n * NB There are 2 § 912's\n
