All that portion of the state\nhighway system constituting state route forty-six in the city of Rome,\ncounty of Oneida, beginning at its intersection with Prospect Street,\ncontinuing in a generally northerly direction, and terminating at its\nintersection with Dixon Drive in the town of Western, county of Oneida,\nshall be dedicated to Officer Michael E.
