Reduction in rates of certain commercial risk insurance premiums for real property

§ 2346-a. Reduction in rates of certain commercial risk insurance\npremiums for real property. The superintendent shall provide for an\nactuarially appropriate reduction in the rates of premiums for certain\ncommercial risk insurance, as defined in subparagraph (A) of paragraph\nforty-seven of subsection (a) of section one hundred seven of this\nchapter, to a purchaser of such insurance and shall also provide such\nreduction to a public entity as defined in paragraph fifty-one of\nsubsection (a) of section one hundred seven of this chapter for the loss\nof or damage to real property fitted or retrofitted with hurricane\nresistant laminated glass windows or doors. The superintendent shall by\nregulation establish standards for hurricane resistant laminated glass\nwindows and doors, including the safe and secure installation thereof.\n
