§ 2348. Anti-theft and fraud savings. In the review and approval of\nrate filings submitted pursuant to section two thousand three hundred\ntwenty-eight or section two thousand three hundred fifty of this\narticle, the superintendent shall take steps appropriate to ensure that\nthe rates of each insurer reflect that insurer's savings resulting from\nreduced theft and fraud due to the impact of anti-theft and anti-fraud\nprograms supported by the New York motor vehicle theft and insurance\nfraud prevention fund.\n
