§ 3409. Distribution of hazardous material report forms. The\nsuperintendent shall require every insurance company issuing a policy of\nfire insurance against a risk located in this state to annually issue to\neach of its fire insurance policyholders engaged in commerce in this\nstate a suitable supply of forms supplied by the office of fire\nprevention and control for reporting the presence of hazardous materials\nas required by section two hundred nine-u of the general municipal law.\n
