Termination of service contract reimbursement insurance policy

§ 7909. Termination of service contract reimbursement insurance\npolicy. An insurer that issues a service contract reimbursement\ninsurance policy shall not terminate the policy except in accordance\nwith section three thousand four hundred twenty-six of this chapter and\nupon notice to the superintendent. The termination of a service contract\nreimbursement insurance policy shall not reduce the issuer's\nresponsibility for service contracts issued in this state by providers\nprior to the date of the termination.\n
