Enforcement of violations relating to child performers, child models, street trades, and newspaper carriers

* § 140. Enforcement of violations relating to child performers, child\nmodels, street trades, and newspaper carriers. The commissioner is\nhereby authorized and empowered to prosecute violations of section 35.01\nof the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child performers,\nsection 35.05 of the arts and cultural affairs law, relating to child\nmodels, section thirty-two hundred twenty-seven of the education law,\nrelating to street trades, and section thirty-two hundred twenty-eight\nof the education law, relating to newspaper carriers.\n * NB Effective until May 9, 2027\n * § 140. Enforcement of violations relating to child performers and\nchild models. The commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to\nprosecute violations of section 35.01 of the arts and cultural affairs\nlaw, relating to child performers, and section 35.05 of the arts and\ncultural affairs law, relating to child models.\n * NB Effective May 9, 2027\n
