* § 710-a. Publicly accessible decision index. The board shall\nestablish and maintain a current index, by topic, of the principles of\nlaw established by the decisions rendered by the board and its\npredecessors and the courts concerning matters arising under this\narticle. Such index shall cite all appropriate authority which supports\nsuch principles and, where appropriate, all conflicting authority. Such\nindex shall also contain a glossary of technical and statutory terms\ncommonly used by the board in its decisions. Copies of such index shall\nbe made available to the public electronically on the board's website.\n * NB Effective November 22, 2023\n
