§ 249-a. Form of certificate of transcript of lien. The recording\nofficer shall upon request issue a certificate or transcript of any\ncriminal surety bond lien on file in his office on the following or\nsubstantially similar form, and the fee to be paid to the recording\nofficer for such certificate or transcript shall be fifty cents, except\nthat this fee shall not apply to state or county officers as related in\nsection two hundred forty-nine of the lien law.
