§ 94. Notice of the distribution of the proceeds of sale. The justice\ngranting the order of sale, upon receiving such proceeds, shall order a\nnotice to be published once a week for three successive weeks in the\nsame newspaper in which the notice of seizure was published, requiring\nall persons having liens upon the vessel under this article, and the\nmaster, owner, agent or consignee thereof, and all other persons\ninterested therein, to appear before him, or a referee appointed by him,\nat the time and place specified in such notice, not less than thirty nor\nmore than forty days from the first publication thereof to attend a\ndistribution of such proceeds. Such justice may appoint a referee to\nmake such distribution.\n
