* § 82.15 Rules and regulations.\n (a) The commissioner of the office for people with developmental\ndisabilities shall promulgate within one year of the passage of this act\nthe rules and regulations necessary to implement this article for adults\nwho receive or are eligible to receive services that are operated,\ncertified, funded or approved by the office for people with\ndevelopmental disabilities.\n (b) Additional regulations related to this article may be promulgated\nby state agencies whose service populations may benefit from the\nimplementation of supported decision-making.\n * NB Effective 90 days from the date that the regulations issued in\naccordance with § 1 of chapter 481 of 2022 appear in the New York State\nRegister or the date such regulations are adopted, whichever is later.\n
