§ 1514. Misdemeanor; general penalty.\n Wherever under the provisions of this article a person violating any\npart thereof is deemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and no specific\npenalty is provided, the penalty for each separate violation shall be\nimprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than\nfive hundred dollars, or both.\n
