§ 11.05 Organization. 1. The governor shall designate a chairman from\namong the members of the board appointed by him, to hold such office at\nhis pleasure. The board may provide for its organization and appoint\nsuch other officers from among its members as it deems appropriate.\n 2. The commissioner, upon the approval of the board, shall appoint\nstaff within amounts made available by appropriation to serve the board.\nThe staff shall assist with the organization and implementation of the\nboard's duties; serve as a liaison between the commissioner and board;\ninform the board of all developments germane to its duties and perform\nother duties required of the board through provisions of article\nfourteen of this chapter and any other laws affecting the board.\n
