§ 3.02 Guiding principles. The office shall operate and maintain the\nstate park, recreation and historic site system to conserve, protect and\nenhance the natural, ecological, historic, cultural and recreational\nresources contained therein and to provide for the public enjoyment of\nand access to these resources in a manner which will protect them for\nfuture generations.\n
