Implementation of Excelsior power program in authority's service area

§ 1020-nn. Implementation of Excelsior power program in authority's\nservice area. The authority and its service provider shall develop and\nimplement a program designed to reduce peak energy demand consistent\nwith the provisions of section sixty-seven-b of the public service law.\nThe authority shall annually submit a public report to the department of\npublic service describing the implementation, operation, and results of\nthe program. Pursuant to section three-b of the public service law, the\ndepartment of public service may review and make recommendations\nconcerning the implementation and operation of the program by the\nauthority and its service provider.\n
