* § 1139. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the comptroller. The\nauthority shall annually submit to the governor and state comptroller\nand to the state legislature a detailed report pursuant to the\nprovisions of section two thousand eight hundred of this chapter, and a\ncopy of such report shall be filed with the town supervisor. The\nauthority shall comply with the provisions of sections two thousand\neight hundred one, two thousand eight hundred two, and two thousand\neight hundred three of this chapter.\n * NB There are 2 § 1139's\n
