* § 1199-qqqq. Construction and purchase contracts. The authority\nshall let contracts for construction or purchase of supplies, materials,\nor equipment pursuant to sections one hundred one and one hundred three\nof the general municipal law and shall be let in accordance with the\nprovisions of state law pertaining to prevailing wages, labor standards,\nand working hours.
