§ 1570-a. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears from the context:\n 1. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section\nfifteen hundred seventy-b of this title;\n 2. The term "village" shall mean the village of Harrison;\n 3. The term "bonds" shall mean the bonds, notes or other evidences of\nindebtedness issued by the authority pursuant to this title relating to\nbonds and bondholders and shall apply with equal force and effect to\nnotes and noteholders, respectively, unless the context otherwise\nclearly requires;\n 4. The term "board" shall mean the members of the authority;\n 5. The term "real property" shall mean lands, structures, franchises\nand interest in lands, and any and all things usually included within\nsuch term, and includes not only fees simple absolute but also any and\nall lesser interests, such as easements, rights of way, uses, leases,\nlicenses, and all other incorporeal hereditaments and every estate,\ninterest or right, legal or equitable, including terms of years, and\nliens thereon by way of judgments, mortgages or otherwise, and also\nclaims for damage to real estate, in the area of the village;\n 6. The term "project" shall mean any area or place operated or to be\noperated by the authority for the parking or storing of motor and other\nvehicles and shall, without limiting such definition, include all real\nand personal property, driveways, roads, approaches, structures,\nterminals of all kinds, garages, meters, mechanical equipment, and all\nappurtenances and facilities either on, above or under the ground which\nare used or usable in connection with such parking or storing of such\nvehicles in the area of the village;\n 7. The term "projects" shall mean more than one project.\n
