Official statutory text

§ 1680-f. Roswell Park Cancer Institute development account. The\ndormitory authority shall create and establish a special account to be\nknown as the Roswell Park Cancer Institute development account and shall\npay into such account any moneys which may be made available to the\nauthority for the purpose of such account from any source, including but\nnot limited to, moneys appropriated by and made available pursuant to\nappropriations by the state and any increase or interest earned by or\nincrements to the account due to the investment thereof prior to\nexpenditures from such account for the purposes of the Roswell Park\nCancer Institute. The moneys held in or credited to the Roswell Park\nCancer Institute development account established under this section\nshall be expended solely to carry out the development of the Roswell\nPark Cancer Institute by the authority.\n
