§ 1699-e. Definitions. 1. "Agency" shall mean the New York state\nmedical care facilities finance agency created by section four of\nsection one of chapter three hundred ninety-two of the laws of nineteen\nhundred seventy-three, as amended, and operating pursuant to the New\nYork state medical care facilities finance agency act.\n 2. "Authority" shall mean the dormitory authority created by section\nsixteen hundred seventy-seven of this article and operating pursuant to\nthe dormitory authority act.\n 3. "Corporation" shall mean the facilities development corporation\ncreated by section four of section one of chapter three hundred\nfifty-nine of the laws of nineteen hundred sixty-eight, as amended, and\noperating pursuant to the facilities development corporation act.\n
