§ 1699-j. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to an annual management and financial audit\nperformed by an independent certified accountant selected by the\nauthority. The authority shall annually submit to the chair and ranking\nminority member of the senate finance committee and the chair and\nranking minority member of the assembly ways and means committee a copy\nof this audit.\n
