Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 1747. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the provisions\nof this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,\ngeneral, special or local or of the city charter or any local law,\nordinance or resolution of the city, the provision of this title shall\nbe controlling, provided that nothing contained in this section shall be\nheld to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the\nauthority otherwise set forth in this title.\n
