§ 1803-a. Additional duties of the authority. It shall be the duty of\nthe authority to make rules and regulations governing the exercise of\nits corporate powers and the fulfillment of its corporate purposes under\nthis title, which rules and regulations shall be promulgated under the\nstate administrative procedure act with the assistance of the\ncommissioner of economic development and in consultation with the\ndepartment of economic development and shall be consistent with the\nprogram plan required by subdivision nineteen of section one hundred of\nthe economic development law.\n
