Transfer of officers and employees

§ 2046-k. Transfer of officers and employees. Any officer or employee\nof the town selected by the agency may, with the consent of the town, be\ntransferred to the agency. The salary or compensation of any such\nofficer or employee shall, after such transfer, be paid and fixed by the\nagency. Notwithstanding the provisions of this title any such officers\nor employees so transferred to the agency pursuant to the provisions of\nthis section, who are members of or beneficiaries under any existing\npension or retirement system, shall continue to have all rights,\nprivileges, obligations and status with respect to such fund, system or\nsystems as are now prescribed by law, but during the period of their\nemployment by the agency, all contributions to any pension or retirement\nsystem to be paid by the employer on account of such officers or\nemployees, shall be paid by the agency.\n
