§ 2046-q. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nagency shall be subject to the supervision of the state comptroller. The\nagency shall annually submit to the governor and the state comptroller\nand to the state legislature a detailed report pursuant to the\nprovisions of sections two thousand five hundred, two thousand five\nhundred one, two thousand five hundred two and two thousand five hundred\nthree of title one of article nine of this chapter, and a copy of such\nreport shall be filed with the town clerk.\n
