§ 2419-a. Additional reports. 1. Within six months after the end of\nits fiscal year the agency shall submit to the governor, the majority\nleader of the senate, the speaker of the assembly, the comptroller and\nthe director of the budget a complete and detailed report setting forth\ndata establishing compliance with the provisions of subdivision three of\nsection twenty-four hundred five of this article by the agency and each\nbank which participated in the agency's purchase of mortgages from the\nproceeds of the sale of each issue by the agency of its bonds and notes\nmade on and after the effective date of this section.\n 2. The agency shall provide to the commissioner of housing and\ncommunity renewal, on a timely basis, with the data and other\ninformation necessary to compile the report or reports required pursuant\nto section twenty of the public housing law.\n
