§ 2565. Cooperation by the state. For the purposes of assisting the\ncorporation in effectuating the purposes and provisions of this title,\nwith respect to the convention center, the state may, with or without\nconsideration:\n 1. Acting by and through the commissioner of general services,\ndedicate, sell, convey, lease, grant or otherwise transfer any right,\ntitle and interest in any property, real or personal, to the\ncorporation.\n 2. Enter into agreements with the corporation respecting action to be\ntaken by the state to assist the corporation in carrying out and\neffectuating the purposes of this title.\n 3. Do all other things necessary or convenient to carry out the\nforegoing powers.\n
