§ 3160. Completion of unfinished business. Upon the transfer pursuant\nto section thirty-one hundred fifty-six of this title of the functions\nand powers possessed by and all of the obligations and duties of the New\nYork state office of science, technology and academic research as\nestablished pursuant to article ten-B of the executive law to the\nfoundation as prescribed by section thirty-one hundred fifty-six of this\ntitle, any business or other matter undertaken or commenced by the New\nYork state office of science, technology and academic research\npertaining to or connected with the functions, powers, obligations and\nduties so transferred and assigned to the foundation may be conducted or\ncompleted by the foundation.\n
