§ 362. Assistance by state officers, departments, boards, divisions\nand commissions. At the request of the authority, engineering and legal\nservices for such authority shall be performed by forces or officers of\nthe department of transportation and the department of law respectively,\nand all other state officers, departments, boards, divisions and\ncommissions shall render services within their respective functions. At\nthe request of the authority, services in connection with the collection\nof any charges or fees for the use of the thruway or any part thereof\nmay be performed by the department of motor vehicles.\n
