§ 708. State and county of Saint Lawrence not liable on bonds. The\nbonds and other obligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the\ncounty of Saint Lawrence or of the state of New York, and neither such\ncounty nor the state shall be liable thereon, nor shall the bonds or\nother obligations of the authority be payable from any funds other than\nthose of the authority.\n
