§ 405. Validation. The creation and establishment of the municipal\nhousing authority of the city of Schenectady under the provisions of\narticle five of the former state housing law, together with all\nproceedings, acts and things undertaken, performed or done with\nreference thereto, are hereby validated, ratified, confirmed, approved\nand declared legal in all respects, notwithstanding any want of\nstatutory authority or any defect or irregularity in such acts or\nproceedings.\n
