§ 1108. Powers and duties with respect to comprehensive public water\nsupply planning. The commissioner shall perform such duties and\nfunctions with respect to comprehensive public water supply planning as\nare provided in part five-A of article five of the conservation law, and\nshall have such powers and authority as may be necessary in that regard.\n
