Centers for treatment of hypertension; establishment by commissioner
Official statutory text
§ 2723. Centers for treatment of hypertension; establishment by\ncommissioner. Pursuant to rules and regulations of the department, the\ncommissioner shall establish such centers throughout the state as he\ndeems necessary to provide a program of treatment and care for\nhypertension and promote the diagnosis, screening, evaluation and\nmethods of treatment of hypertension. The commissioner shall also\ndesignate the geographic areas to be served by such center and may\nprovide for the proper administration of such centers.\n
