§ 2899-g. Right to rescind request; requirement to offer opportunity\nto rescind. 1. A patient may at any time rescind the request for\nmedication under this article without regard to the patient's\ndecision-making capacity.\n 2. A prescription for medication may not be written without the\nattending physician offering the qualified individual an opportunity to\nrescind the request.\n
