§ 3016. Continuance of rules and regulations. All rules and\nregulations heretofore adopted by the commissioner pertaining to all\nambulance services shall continue in full force and effect as rules and\nregulations until duly modified or superseded by rules and regulations\nhereafter adopted and enacted by the state council pursuant to section\nthree thousand two of this article.\n
