§ 66-b. Continuation of gas service. 1. Notwithstanding the provisions\nof section sixty-six-a of this chapter, no gas customer shall be denied\na continuation of gas service following the demolition and\nreconstruction of any structure or structures owned by any such\ncustomer, provided that any such reconstructed structure or structures\nare on the same parcel of real property, reconstruction commences within\none year of demolition and the new structure or structures do not\nmaterially increase the customer's gas usage.\n
