Possession of usurious loan records

§ 190.45 Possession of usurious loan records.\n A person is guilty of possession of usurious loan records when, with\nknowledge of the contents thereof, he possesses any writing, paper,\ninstrument or article used to record criminally usurious transactions\nprohibited by section 190.40.\n Possession of usurious loan records is a class A misdemeanor.\n
