§ 415. Exceptions. 1. The provisions of sections four hundred nine and\nfour hundred eleven of this article shall apply to an instalment sale of\ngoods or services for any use.\n 2. The provisions of section four hundred eight of this article shall\napply to an installment sale of equipment used for production of a farm\nproduct, as defined in section two of the agriculture and markets law.\n
