§ 129. Construction of other laws or provisions. Unless the context\nshall require otherwise, the terms "division of the lottery", "state\nquarter horse racing commission", "state racing commission", "state\nharness racing commission", "state racing and wagering board" or "board"\nwherever occurring in any of the provisions of this chapter or of any\nother law, or, in any official books, records, instruments, rules or\npapers, shall hereafter mean and refer to the state gaming commission\ncreated by section one hundred two of this article. The provisions of\narticle three of this chapter shall be inapplicable to article two of\nthis chapter; and the provisions of such article two shall be\ninapplicable to such article three, except that section two hundred\nthirty-one of such article two shall apply to such article three.\n
