§ 414. Construction. Nothing in sections two hundred twenty-two\nthrough seven hundred five of this chapter shall be construed to\npreclude the American Quarter Horse Association from independently\nlicensing or disciplining any of its members or performing any function\nheretofore performed by that organization relative to its membership in\nthis state.\n
