§ 701. Research fund created. A fund for the promotion of equine\nresearch is hereby created in the New York state veterinary college at\nCornell, as a regents approved veterinary college facility of a land\ngrant university within this state. The fund is hereby designated the\n"Harry M. Zweig memorial fund" for equine research in honor of the late\nHarry M. Zweig, D.V.M. The monetary assets of the fund shall be used for\nequine research conducted by the state veterinary college.\n
