§ 2. Classification. The public printing is hereby classified into\ntwo principal parts. The first part shall be known as the legislative\nprinting. The second part shall be known as the department printing,\nwhich shall include all printing for the various offices, institutions\nand departments of the state, other than legislative, classified as\ndepartment printing by the commissioner of general services, pursuant to\nthis chapter.\n
